Registration Process
STEP ONE: Fill out the Registration Form
Please note, applicants will be required to select which dates they plan to attend. Priority will be given to students electing to participate in the full-program. Options include:
FULL PROGRAM (June 15-July 3, 2026)*Includes performance

STEP TWO: Notice of Acceptance
Acceptance letters will be email starting February 1st, 2026, and will continue on a rolling-basis until May 1st, 2026. Please allow up to 30-days for applications to be reviewed. Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received. Applicants may be waitlisted due to limited enrollment capacity. Waitlisted applicants may be asked to submit a Letter of Recommendation from their primary dance teacher. Enrollment priority will be given to applications based on date of submission, Letters of Recommendation, program selection, and merit.
STEP THREE: Confirm your Enrollment
Once accepted, applicants must submit a one-hundred dollar ($100), non-refundable deposit to secure their enrollment in the program. This deposit will be credited towards the enrollment fee when due. Information about how to submit deposits and enrollment fees will be emailed with acceptance letters.
STEP FOUR: Submit your Personal Goals Statement
Accepted students will be required to submit a Personal Goals Statement by May 15th, 2026. This document should explain what the student is hoping to achieve through their training at the Immersive Summer Intensive and how they believe that growth will benefit their future career (in dance or other).
STEP FIVE: Enrollment Fees Due
Enrollment Fees will be due in full by May 15th, 2026. Information about how to submit enrollment fees will be emailed with acceptance letters.
ELIGIBILITY
Students age 12 and up are invited to apply.
This program is designed for students actively enrolled in 4+ ballet technique classes per week, with an interest in contemporary ballet and a diverse dance education.
CHARACTER IS MORE THAN A ROLE ON STAGE:
Students should be hard-working, self-motivated, respectful, and kind. Students do not need to be actively pursuing careers in dance, but should be dedicated to growth and the pursuit of their greatest potential. All participants are expected to be respectful, welcoming, and supportive of others. Any behavior or actions which disrespect, harm, or jeopardize the safety and integrity of the program and/or its participants will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the program.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Can students choose to participate in only part of the Immersive Summer Intensive program? Yes - Students may choose to join the program for one, two, or the full three weeks of the Immersive Summer Intensive. Student applicants should select which dates they would like to attend on their Application Form.
Can students change which dates they are enrolled in once they have been accepted? Requests to change a student’s enrollment dates will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Can students participating in only one week be in the performance? No - Participation in the performance is reserved for students participating in either the Full Program or Two-Weeks Session B.
Is there an additional fee for the performance? No - Students participating in the Full Program or Two-Week Session B will not have an additional fee for the performance.
Is housing provided? Housing is not provided for this program.
